When it comes to culinary creativity, we could say it has more direct connection to health, after-all, it’s about what we take directly into the body. But what we take, we eat first with our eyes. And when what we see is a thing of beauty, even before it reaches the stomach, it already hits the brain, making the body react positively. More importantly, when we create something beautiful, in its looks and in its content as well, it is also a way of elevating the food’s value from being food for the body to a food for the soul too.
